“Candy” Fashion Show To Be Featured Dec. 14 at Lehigh Valley College
This unique program showcases student designs, featuring whimsical uses of candy themes, not only in the clothing on display, but also in the decoration of the runway and other display elements promoting and supporting the show.
“A show related to candy was a good fit with the holiday season,” said Amanda Lovell, fashion merchandising program specialist at the school. “It also gives our students the chance to show off their talents in some ways that are very sweet and some that are a little more cheeky and retro.
“This show is produced 100 percent by the students. They will be designing the garments, the runway, windows, advertisements, hair, makeup, music, and anything else that goes into making the show a success.”
Clothing from the show will be displayed in the college atrium until early January.
Models will be provided by Image International Models of Wescosville.
